The 4714 Club is our way of saying "Thank You" to our guest who keep coming back.  4714 Club is an exclusive members only dining club that allows you the opportunity to be rewarded for eating & drinking at Mike's Wine Dive. For a one time fee of $25, you become a member of the 4714 Club, receive a $25 Mike's Wine Dive Credit, & receive exclusive monthly members only offers via e-newsletter. You will earn club points for every dollar you spend at Mike's Wine Dive and be rewarded with great prizes for doing so. How great is that?

4714 Club Rules

Points are accumulated at the rate of 1 point for $1.00 spent on food & beverage, excluding tax & gratuity. Points are credited to your account when presenting your 4714 card to your server at the restaurant. Only the member paying the bill may accumulate points. If a bill is paid by credit card, only the name on the card must match the name on the 4714 Club card. Members cannot get points for purchases made prior to enrollment or if their card is not present at time of purchase. Must have your card on you to receive credit. The program is intended for individual use only. Spouses may not share a membership. Accounts will be audited monthly & inactivated if fraud is suspected. Points have no cash value & may not be redeemed for cash. Points are non transferable, and may not be combined with other members' accounts.

Only one card issued per person. Spouses of members must have their own membership to accrue points. Members must be 18 years of age or older. Mike's Wine Dive may cancel the program at any time. Accumulate points are not member property and may be revoked, cancelled, limited, or modified at any time, even though such an action may affect the member's right to use previously accumulated points. Member benefits, including promotional offers, may cease after 9 months of zero account activity.

Mike's Wine Dive reserves the right to audit any account at any time. Mike's Wine Dive may terminate any membership if fraud is suspected. Mike's Wine Dive is not liable for points or awards lost due to fraudulent, or use. This includes fraud caused by lost cards. Mike's Wine Dive cannot replace award certificates if lost or stolen.
